PATRICIA A. LARABEE

MASSENA- Patricia A. Larabee, 76, of 83 County Route 42A, passed away unexpectedly Friday, February 10, 2017 at the Massena Memorial Hospital.

Patricia was born May 11, 1940, in Syracuse, daughter of the late Francis S. Sr., and Pierina M. Cardinale Martin. She graduated from St. Rose of Lima in North Syracuse. She married Bruce A. Larabee on May 11, 1961 in North Syracuse.

Patricia was a secretary for Canton-Potsdam Hospital until her retirement. She was a member of the St. Lawrence Art Association, and she enjoyed oil painting, knitting, and crocheting and going camping. She was very fond of her cat “Lucy”.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Bruce; and her children, Raymond and Lisa Larabee of Yorba Linda, CA; Cynthia and Mike Huckabone of Clarkston, MI; Margie and James Casella of Massena; and Steven and Tiffany Larabee of Norfolk; 15 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Lynnette Larabee in 1968; and her brother Francis S. Martin, Jr., on May 1, 1993.

Friends may call at the Donaldson Funeral Home Thursday, 5-7 PM, where a funeral service will be held at 7PM with Rev. Mark R. Reilly officiating. Burial will be in the spring at Massena Center Cemetery.

Donations may be made in Patricia’s memory to the American Heart and Stroke Association or the American Cancer Society.
